Rates effective June 1st 2022:
Remote Tech Support Service – $105 per hour
Remote Tech Support Service Retainer* – $99 per hour (min 4hrs monthly)
Including but not limited to these services:
General desktop/laptop computer maintenance including security patches and monthly performance checks. Printer & peripheral connection support. Remote technical support is available during the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm M-F excluding holidays. #
On-Site Tech Support Service – $170 per hour
On-Site Tech Support Service Retainer* – $165 per hour (min 2hrs monthly)
Including any on-site work due to physical maintenance or support requests. General on-site consultation or new hardware installation included. New machine setup and/or software installation subject to local sales tax. On-site technical support is available during the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm M-F excluding holidays.
After-Hours Remote Tech Support Service – $157.50 per hour
Emergency On-Site Tech Support Service – $255 per hour (min 2hrs)
After-hours technical support is provided at a best effort and subject to technician availability. After-hour support billing subject to these hours: 6:00pm – 8:00am M-F, Sat/Sun and Holidays.
Graphic Arts / Design – $75.00 per hour
Layouts for print media. Art renderings and paintings with digital delivery – media delivered at additional cost. Not including printing or trip expenses.
Commercial Photography – $85.00 per hour
Photography of still subjects not including printing or trip expenses.
Event Photography – $175.00 per hour (min 1hr)
Photography does not include printing or trip expenses.
Marketing / Recruiting / Advertising – $75.00 per hour
Including social network marketing, print, and online media advertising. Assistance with job recruiting advertising and appointment setting.
Web Design / UI Design Layout – $95.00 per hour
Custom web design layout in AI/PSD files for use by the developer.
Web Development / PHP Programming / SEO – $110.00 per hour
* Any unused retainer hours will not be prorated, transferred, or refunded.
# Regular weekly/monthly maintenance may occur after hours due to the technician’s schedule and will be charged at a regular support rate (not the after-hour rate) regardless of the time of service unless after-hours service is required due to the client’s local service availability restraints. Service support calls/requests are subject to the above hourly rates based on the time of service request.
